Founded by Catherine Schmid in 2003, Zentherapy has been providing relaxation and beauty treatments of the highest quality for more than two decades. After completing her studies in Beauty Therapy at the Sandy Roy Beauty Therapy Institue, Catherine moved to London to gain experience, working in both high-end spas and celebrity homes. Once returning to South Africa, Catherine's passion for beauty and people combined with her relentless perfectionism made Zentherapy the obvious next step.

While still committed to life-long loyal clients, Zentherapy is embracing 2025 and we are excited to share lots of new things along the way. Our clients are able to enjoy some peace  while being pampered.
